A wet room built for daily use
This primary bathroom was opened into a tiled spa. The garden tub and dated surround came out so a freestanding tub could sit in a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile.
Warm wood cabinetry, stone surfaces, and brass fixtures give the room a calmer finish without losing the storage a primary bath needs.
Tile, waterproofing, and careful layout
Vertical tile, a linear shower, and a clear path from vanity to bath keep the space easy to use. The work behind the surfaces is what makes a wet room last.
